Shutes and Ladders

The Architectural Edition.

Who said academic architecture had to be stiff like a too-starched buttoned-up oxford?

Not the guys over at the Technische Universitat in Munich, Germany!

If only every towering building could be networked with a series of playful, functional pieces! Nevermore would people on the upper floors complain about the wait for the elevator or the tiring trek up the stairs – the slide down at the end of the day (or anytime one needs to reach someone on the main floor and a telephone call will just not do!) could be gratification enough.

So who’s up for the monkey bars? 😉
